*If your car model is NOT listed in this Rejected Cars List, it means it is currently accepted in Grab.
**Vehicles manufactured 15-years and below will be accepted until further notice from the relevant parties. Existing driver-partners may continue with their current registered vehicles until further notice as well.
The addition or removal of car model is subjected to Grab’s discretion. All decisions made by Grab are final and binding.
Grab operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Drivers can go online and drive at any time based on their own schedule.

On average, drivers can generate RM20–40 per hour, depending on demand.
Earnings are fully flexible—it’s up to each driver how much they want to earn for the week.
From 12 October 2019 onwards, all e-hailing drivers are required to have a PSV License (Public Service Vehicle) – Taxi/Car Rental/E-hailing.
All vehicles registered for Grab or other e-hailing services must have E-Hailing Insurance and an EVP (E-Hailing Vehicle Permit).
After submitting your application through the registration form on this website, our admin will assist you with your PSV license and Grab EVP application.
Yes, you can. GrabCar drivers are allowed to operate vehicles not under their ownership, subject to the following terms:
Requirements:
- The driver’s name must be stated in the insurance cover note
- The insurance cover note must include coverage for ALL DRIVER / ANY AUTHORISED DRIVER / AUTHORISED DRIVER
If you have previously driven for GrabCar, GrabFood, GrabBike, GrabExpress, or GrabTaxi,
you do NOT need to register again. Please contact Existing Driver Support at 1300-80-6688 to appeal or reactivate your account.
Due to EVP (E-Hailing Vehicle Permit) requirements, we are currently only able to process applications for drivers using their own personal/private vehicles. A personal vehicle is required to proceed with the registration.
